Hotel Art is Boo Hewerdine & Vlado Nosal. They met in a pub in Croydon in 2018 and during the lockdown started writing together. Vlado in Bratislava and Boo in Glasgow. In spite of Boo being twice Vlado's age, they found out they have an almost telepathic understanding, which may have something to do with them both being keen aficionados of decorative work found in hotels. They like to write about hum-drum aspects of modern life and try to find some beauty there.
